Crescer is a children’s development institute born from an inspiring vision: to nurture childhood through what truly matters — nature, presence, organic rhythms, connection, health, and the power of the Montessori approach. Led by a pediatrician, a physician, and an entrepreneur — all mothers, with deep expertise and a shared passion to make a difference — Crescer brings together care, science, and soul. I was responsible for developing the entire brand foundation, from naming and brand strategy to narrative, persona, positioning, and personality. The visual identity and art direction followed the same essence: warm, natural, and rooted in authenticity. A brand built to grow with intention.

Crescer é um instituto de desenvolvimento infantil que nasceu de uma visão inspiradora: cuidar da infância com base no que realmente importa — natureza, presença, ritmos orgânicos, conexão, saúde e a potência do método Montessori. Liderado por uma pediatra, uma médica e uma empreendedora — todas mães, com muito conhecimento e vontade de fazer acontecer — o Crescer une cuidado, ciência e alma. Fui responsável por desenvolver toda a base da marca, desde o naming e a estratégia até a narrativa, persona, posicionamento e personalidade da marca. A identidade visual e a direção de arte seguiram a mesma essência: acolhedora, natural e profundamente autêntica. Uma marca construída para crescer com intenção.
